Located within the iconic Prahran Market in Melbourne, this project involved the full commercial fit-out of Matsuyama, a Japanese street-food eatery operating in a high-traffic market environment.

10X Building Supplies Showroom in Nunawading
This project involved the complete construction of the 10X Building Supplies showroom, delivered as a purpose-built commercial space designed to support the display of stone, porcelain tiles, slab-format materials, flooring, and building fixtures.
Delivered by 10X Constructions, the showroom was constructed to accommodate large-format material panels, functional display systems, and high daily foot traffic associated with both retail and trade use. Purpose-built display wall systems and bespoke joinery were installed to securely support tile and slab displays, integrated storage, and live product demonstrations.
Lighting, building services, and finishes were carefully coordinated to create a clean, gallery-style showroom environment, allowing materials to be viewed accurately while maintaining robust commercial construction standards.
The completed project demonstrates 10X Constructions’ capability to deliver technically detailed commercial interiors that balance functionality, durability, and refined presentation.
